US Bank National Association and CSFB ARMT 2006-2 foreclosed on the property in Dec. 2008. The 4,333-square-foot home was built in 2002 in the Anthem MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.
Mr. Brems is a control systems engineer with the Las Vegas Valley Water District. He previously served as a project engineer at the pharmaceutical company, Merck & Co. Inc.
He attended Temple University.
