Joel Fischman and Beth Alyn Fischman bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 3922 Purple Plum Court in Spring Valley from Fannie Mae and Federal National Mortgage Association for $305,000 on June 30.

Federal National Mortgage Association previously foreclosed on the property in April 2009.

The 2,599-square-foot house, built in 2000, is in North of Flamingo.

Mr. Fischman is an independent show producer and consultant, and president at First Class Productions, Inc.

He was the former executive entertainment director for Luxor's corporate owners and the vice president in charge of entertainment for Circus Circus Enterprises, now called Mandalay Resort Group.

Ms. Fischman is owner and president of Door #3 Management in Las Vegas, Nev.

She attended college at the University of San Diego.

There were 7,563 home sales in Spring Valley in 2008, with a median sale price of $163,300.
