Mortgage company president selling in Vegas for $12.8M

Gary E. Mohler and Sheila Mohler have listed for sale an 11-bedroom, 16-bath home at 8920 Players Club Drive in Las Vegas for $12.8 million.
Mohlers bought the property for $518,000 on July 8, 1994. The 23,360-square-foot house, which was built in 1998, is in Summerlin.
Kenneth Lowman of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas is the listing agent for the home.
Mr. Mohler is the president of Eagle Mortgage Company, Inc., a Las Vegas-based privately owned mortgage lending corporation. He is also one of the founders of the accounting firm Mohler & Mohler, C.P.A.s.
He earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
There were 22,433 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $145,000.
