Theology professor, former pastor list in North Las Vegas

Richard Cecil Durfield and Renee Durfield listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 7321 Bugler Swan Way in North Las Vegas for $349,900.

Wendy Wiener of Prudential Americana Group is the listing agent for the profit.

The 3,635-square-foot house, built in 2006, is in North Las Vegas West.

Mr. Durfield is president and CEO at All About Marriage. He is also an associate theology professor at Azusa Pacific University and director of assessment at the Center for Adult and Professional Studies.

He serves as senior pastor at the Eagle Heights Community Church.

Mr. Durfield holds a Ph.D. in marriage and family studies from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology, a masters of divinity in pastoral counseling from Azusa Pacific University, an M.A. in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a B.A. in ministry from Life Pacific College.

Ms. Durfield served as a pastor of administration and assistant pastor at Eagle Heights Community Church in Hammond, La.

There were 11,779 home sales in the North Las Vegas in 2008, with median price of $144,150.
