DeRuyter O. Butler and Gabriella R. Butler have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1972 Redbird Dr. in Las Vegas for $1.595 million.

The Butlers paid $119,000 property in the property in Dec. 1994. The 4,926-square-foot house was built in 1998 in Summerlin.

Frank Napoli Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Butler has served the executive vice president of Architecture at Wynn Design & Development LLC, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Wynn Resorts. He's held the position since 2000.

In 2000, he also co-founded Butler/Ashworth Architects, Ltd. LLC, and serves as its executive vice president of architecture.

There were 22,772 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $139,900.
