Neurological surgeon selling asking $3.699M

Dr. Derek Duke and Christina Duke have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 77 Kittansett Loop in Henderson for $3.699 million.
The Dukes paid $3,450,000 for the property in Sept. 2007. The 8,802-square-foot house built in 2005 is in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.
The listing agent for the property is Ellen Fahr of Prudential Americana Group.
Dr. Duke is a neurological surgeon specialized in complex spine surgery at the Western Regional Center for Brain and Spine Surgery in Las Vegas.. He's also affiliated with Saint Rose Dominican Hospitals and the Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
He earned both his M.D. and his B.A. in human biology at the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
There were 9,250 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with median price of $210,000.
