Leah S. Mamone and Shane Mamone have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 11 Stonemark Dr. in Henderson for $560,000.
Leah Mamone paid $470,739 for the property in July 2003. The 3,848-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.
The listing agent for the property is Melissa Chupa of Sellstate NRES.
Leah Mamone is the owner and CEO of MetroMamma, makers of baby carriers and infant accessories such as the MetroWrap. The company is based in Henderson.
She attended San Francisco State University.
Shane Mamone is president and director at SCM Enterprises a complete service painting company in Las Vegas.
There were 9,250 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with median price of $210,000.
