UNLV profs selling Vegas 4BD

Edward Shoben and Elaine Shoben have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 11016 Arbor Pine Ave. in Las Vegas for $449,000.
The Shobens paid $720,000 for the property in July 2004. The 3,188-square-foot home was built in 2000 in the Summerlin neighborhood.
Angie Gleich of Real Estate by Design is the agent for the listing.
Mr. Shoben is a retired psychology professor at UNLV, where he most recently served as dean of the university's College of Liberal Arts.
Prior to joining UNLV, he was head of the Department of Psychology and a professor of psychology at the University of Illinois. He has a Ph.D. from Stanford University.
Ms. Shoben is a professor of law at the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. Her teaching interests include torts, employment law, judicial remedies and American legal education.
She previously served as a law professor at the University of Illinois. She received her bachelor's from Barnard College and a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of Law.
There were 22,772 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $139,900.
