Susan Mardian has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath at 15 Golden Sunray Lane in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $3.999 million.

Mardian paid $4 million for the property in Nov. 2005. The 6,975-square-footh home was built in 2004 in Summerlin .

Mardian has served as the co-founder and CEO of Mardian Holdings in Los Angeles. She has also served as a beneficial owner at Mego Financial Corp., a Las Vegas-based developer and operator of timeshare properties.

There were 8,741 sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $170,000.
