Kramer Zucker Abbott partner lists in Mt. Charleston

Gregory J. Kamer and Helen Kamer have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 121 Crestview Dr. in Mt. Charleston for $750,000.

The Kamers paid $500,000 for the property in Dec. 2006. The 1,764-square-foot house was built in 1964.

Maureen Berry of Realty ONE Group is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Kamer is a founding partner of Las Vegas law firm Kramer Zucker Abbott, specializing in labor and employment law. He received his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, his J.D. from Emory University in Atlanta and his LL.M. in labor law from Georgetown University.

There were 28 sales in Mt. Charleston in 2008, with a median sales price of $347,500.
