Gaming company officer asking $8.75M in Las Vegas

Paul G. Minahan and Eileen M. Minahan have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 5 Echo Peak Lane in Las Vegas for $8.75 million.

The 9,283-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Summerlin neighborhood.

Kenneth Lowman of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas is the listing agent for the home.

Herbst is a chief executive officer at Herbst Gaming Inc., a gaming company with slot route and casino operations business lines that serves Nevada and the Midwest.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 34,024 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $141,750.
