Mr. Weeks paid $340,000 for the property in Nov. 1999. The 3,331-square-foot home was built in 1996 in the Greater Green Valley neighborhood.

Mr. Weeks is an R&B and soul singer for the current incarnation of The Temptations, the legendary Motown group formed in 1960. He joined in 1997 after previously serving as a songwriter for the group.

Prior to working the group, he served in the U.S. Air Force and was part of Tops In Blue for eight years.

There were 9,005 sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $200,000.
