New York comptroller scores in Greater Spring Valley

Elizabeth Botwin and Michael A. Botwin bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 7327 Mission Hills Dr. in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Premier Trust Nevada Inc., Bruce B. Boldt, and Betty J. Boldt for $305,000 on Aug. 6.

The 2,450-square-foot house was built in 1984 in the neighborhood of Greater Spring Valley .

Ms. Botwin serves as a chief deputy comptroller in Nassau County, N.Y. She previously served as chief deputy at the Nassau County attorney's office.

There were 34,024 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $140,000.
