The Bank Of America foreclosed on the property in June. The 4,578-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Summerlin neighborhood.

Dr. Johnston is a family practitioner with Johnston Yee Family Medicine in Las Vegas. He earned his M.D. from Spartan Health Sciences University in St. Lucia.

Dr. Yee is also a family practitioner with Johnston Yee Family Medicine in Las Vegas. She earned her M.D. from Iberoamerican University.

There were 34,024 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $140,000.
