Technical writer settles into 4BD in Nevada Trails

Christopher G. Rousset and Anais A. Lempereur bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 7397 Laramie Ave. in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Pacific Woods Rentals LLC for $335,000 on Aug. 12.
The 3,360-square-foot house was built in 2004 at Nevada Trails subdivision in the Mountains Edge/West Enterprise neighborhood.
Mr. Rousset is a lead technical writer and support system manager at Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing in Las Vegas.
He received a bachelor's in economics and sciences from the European School of Brussels and earned both masters degrees in economics and business information management from the Solvay Business School in Brussels.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 34,024 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $140,000.
