Dr. Leonard P. Holmgren bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 10339 Evening Primrose Ave. in Las Vegas from Donald Steven Bayliff and Victoria Ann Bayliff for $490,000 on Aug. 26.

The Bayliffs bought the property for $680,000 in Nov. 2007. The 2,894-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Summerlin.

Dr. Holmgren is a diagnostic radiologist and has practiced at Barton Memorial Hospital in South Lake Tahoe, Calif.

He earned his M.D. from the Tufts University School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 22,287 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $130,000.
