The Bank of New York foreclosed on the property in March.

The 2,989-square-foot house was built in 1991 in Summerlin.

Ms. Waite is an associate with Las Vegas law firm Jolley, Urga, Wirth, Woodbury & Standish, where she practices in the areas of commercial litigation, administrative law, gaming law, business law, and transactional law.

She earned both her bachelor's in psychology and an MBA from UNLV, and her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 22,287 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $130,000.
