John Bernard Wald and Anastasia Lorraine sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 10229 Evening Primrose Ave. in Unincorporated Las Vegas to Jack J. and Mary P. Dematteis for $525,000 on Aug. 19.

Mr. Wald bought the property for $668,500 in Feb. 2006. The 3,028-square-foot house was built in 2001 at Country Gardens in the Summerlin.

Mr. Wald is a principal at Klai Juba, a Las Vegas architectural firm. He leads the daily operations of the design and production staff. Some of the projects he has been involved include Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Panorama Towers, and SKY Las Vegas.

He graduated from North Dakota State University.

Ms. Lorraine is a real estate associate at Colliers International-Luxury Properties in Las Vegas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 34,024 sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $141,750.
