Accountant, educational psychologist settle in Henderson

Lyundmyla A. Abid and Sean R. Abid bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 2167 Montana Pine Drive in Henderson from Deutsch Bank National Trust Company for $340,000 on Aug. 19.
Deutsch Bank foreclosed on the property in Oct. 2008.
The 2,550-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.
Ms. Abid works as an accountant with Freeman, an international trade and development company in Las Vegas. She attended the University of Yuriy Fedkovich in Ukraine.
Mr. Abid is an educational psychologist with the Clark County School District. He graduated from the University of California-Santa Barbara .
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 9,005 home sales in Henderson in 2008, with median sales price of $200,000.
