IT consulting co. CEO selling North Las Vegas 4BD By Carla Andrews

James J. Bellon has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 6440 Sea Swallow St. in North Las Vegas for $339,000.

Bellon paid $386,048 for the property in Aug. 2004. The 3,790-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the North Las Vegas West neighborhood.

Terri Robinson of Keller Williams Market Place I is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Bellon is the owner, president and CEO at the SharkByte Technologies, Inc., an IT consulting and support firm in Las Vegas.

He previously was the senior integration specialist of Neoforma and the regional director of engineering at Cardinal Health. He is a retired captain of the U.S. Marine Corps.

He earned his B.S. in electronic engineering at the University of South Florida and also attended UNLV.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 11,792 home sales in North Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $130,000.
