Catherine Hickland bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4492 Grey Spencer Dr. in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Citibank NA for $421,000 on Aug. 17.

Citibank foreclosed on the property in June 2009. The 5,383-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Bard/Central Enterprise neighborhood.

Ms. Hickland is an actress best known for her long-running stint on the daytime drama “One Life to Live.” She's played Lindsay Rapaport since making her debut on the show in 1998.

She also specializes in hypnosis who performs in a regular New York City stage show, and has her own line of cosmetics.

She attended Florida Atlantic University as a physical education major.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 34,024 sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas in 2008, with a median sales price of $140,000.
