Nurse selling 5BD in Greater Spring Valley for $1.85M

Tracy B. Long and Larry Long have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 5870 Oquendo Road in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $1.85 million.
Randall Carlson of Realty One Group is the listing agent.
The Longs brought the property for $925,000 in April 2008. The 5,119-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Greater Spring Valley.
Mrs. Long has been a practicing nurse for more than 20 years and is currently working on her doctorate degree in nursing. She is on a nursing scholarship at UNLV.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 34,024 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $141,750.
