Curtis J. Perata and Krista A. Perata have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 3372 Saddlebrook St. in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $899,000.

The Peratas bought the property for $836,500 on June 2006.

Mr. Perata is the CEO of the Concord, Calif.-based insurance company Jenkins Athens Group. He was promoted to the position in 2005, and has served as the president of the company since 2001.

He previously owned his own insurance company, Robert Nehls Insurance Brokers, which he bought in 1984. He eventually sold the company to Jenkins in 1989.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 34,024 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas in 2008, with median sales price of $140,000.
