Dr. Michael S. Zimmerman and Melissa R. Zimmerman have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath at 34 Alpine Way in Mt. Charleston for $875,000.

The Zimmermans paid $650,000 for the property in June 2005. The 1,669-square-foot home was built in 1963.

Angie Tomashowski of Mt. Charleston Realty, Inc. is the agent for the listing.

Dr. Zimmerman is a gastroenterologist at Digestive Disease Specialists in Las Vegas.

He has been affiliated with Sunrise Hospital Medical Center, Desert Springs Hospital, Mountain View Hospital, and Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, as well as with Saint Rose Sienna Hospital and Saint Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson.

He earned his M.D. from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and completed his residency in gastroenterology at the Baylor College of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 33 sales in Mt. Charleston in 2008, with median sales price of $450,000.
