Diamond Resorts exec lists for $1.598M

Medium 84d7ddab0ac77b6aaf1391cabb53c021 Lauren Paige Glazer and Simon Crawford-Welch have listed for sale a five-bedroom, seven-bath home at 8617 Scarsdale Dr. in Las Vegas for $1.598 million.

The 6,540-square-foot house was built in 1998 in the Canyon Gate Country Club subdivision of Southwest Las Vegas.

Crystal Zohner of Canyon Gate Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Crawford-Welch serves as the president and chief operating officer at Diamond Resorts International, promoted as one of the largest vacation ownership companies in the world, whose resorts family includes Polo Towers, the Villas at Polo and the Jockey Club.

Prior to this, he served as executive vice president in sales and marketing at Shell Vacations LLC.

He earned a Ph.D. in marketing and strategic management from Virginia Tech.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 22,287 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $131,000.
