Harrah's exec asking $1.5M in Henderson

Timothy S. Stanley and his wife, Gayanne, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 4 Anthem Pointe Court in Henderson for $1.5 million.

Timothy and Gayanne Stanley acquired the property for $1.35 million in April 2004. The 4,354-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Ellen Fahr of Prudential Americana Group is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Stanley is currently serving as the president and founder of Tekexces, an executive advisory service and business innovation and technology consultancy company. He's also served as the senior vice president of the innovation, gaming & technology of Harrah's Entertainment.

Stanley earned a B.S. degree in engineering from The University of Washington and graduate degrees in international business and technology management from Thunderbird (AGSIM) and Arizona State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 9,005 sales in Henderson in 2008, with a median price of $200,000.
