Larry Swecker and Joanne C. Swecker have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 9525 Verlaine Court in Las Vegas for $1.95 million.

The Sweckers paid $2.5705 million for the property in July 2007. The 5,042-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Southwest Las Vegas.

Florence Shapiro of Prudential Americana Group is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Swecker is a certified public accountant and the director at American Wagering, Inc. He has also been the president of Swecker & Co., Ltd., a Las Vegas accounting firm.

He's also served as a partner with accounting firm Keltner Milam & Co. and has worked with the Internal Revenue Service. He earned his bachelor's in business administration from the University of Nevada-Reno.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 19,689 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $125,000.
