City planner looking to sell Mountains Edge 4BD

Steven J. Dush and Ann M. Dush have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 7292 Iron Oak Avenue in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $579,950.
Mr. and Mrs. Dush paid $587,000 for the property in Aug. 2005. The 2,810-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Mountains Edge/West Enterprise neighborhood.
James Shadlaus of Global Commercial Group is the listing agent for the home.
Mr. Dush serves as the planning director of the City of Henderson. He's held the position since December. He previously served as a planner with the City of Loveland, Colo.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 34,024 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $141,750.
