Mr. and Mrs. Dush paid $587,000 for the property in Aug. 2005. The 2,810-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Mountains Edge/West Enterprise neighborhood.

Mr. Dush serves as the planning director of the City of Henderson. He's held the position since December. He previously served as a planner with the City of Loveland, Colo.
