Gerry Serino has listed for sale a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 2747 Paradise Road in Las Vegas for $410,000.
Serino acquired the property for $770,000 in Aug. 2004. Unit #2504 is in the 48-story Turnberry Place, built in 2003 in the Las Vegas Strip neighborhood.
Elle Gaensslen of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty is the listing agent for the home.
Serino is the owner of Serino & Associates, Ltd., a Las Vegas marketing and advertising company. Prior to this, she served as SVP in list brokerage at Carney Direct Marketing and Admin VP at Fasano & Associates.
She attended New York University.
According to BlockShopper.com there were 5,578 condo sales in Las Vegas over the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $62,500.
