Mustapha A Assi has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath condo at 9103 Alta Dr. in Las Vegas for $2.55 million.

Assi acquired the property for $2.3 million in Oct. 2007.

Unit #1001 is one of 219 in the One Queensridge Place development.

Prudential Americana Group Realtors is the listing agent for the home.

Assi is the principal at M.A. Engineering, Inc., a structural engineering firm in Las Vegas. Prior to this, he worked with Martin & Peltyn Structural Engineers in Las Vegas.

According to Blockshopper.com there were 2,578 condo sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $62,500.
