Residential developer selling in Green Valley Ranch

Bruce K. Langson and Cathy Langson have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 324 Rose Petal Court in Henderson for $349,900.

The Langsons bought the property for $581,903 in Nov. 2006. The 2,516-square-foot house was built in 1996 at Green Valley Ranch in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Mr. Langson is the president of Langson Development, a Las Vegas residential development company started by his father in the 1950s.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,937 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $196,000.
