Gerry Serino has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 2747 Paradise Road in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $410,000.

Ms. Serino bought Unit #2504 for $770,000 in Aug. 2004. The 2,050-square-foot condo unit is in Turnberry Place on the Las Vegas Strip.

Elvira Gaensslen of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.

Serino is the owner of Serino & Associates, a Vegas-based marketing and advertising firm. She previously served as a senior vice president at Carney Direct Marketing, and VP of administration at Fasano & Associates.

She holds a B.S. in psychology and an MBA from New York University.

Turnberry Place, which was completed in 2002, houses 770 units in four 45-story towers.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 5,320 condo sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $70,000.
