Craig W. Johnson and Meredith Heurlin have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.2-bath home at 2036 Grouse St. in Las Vegas for $1.1 million.

Mr. Johnson and Ms. Heurlin paid $1.32 million for the 3,571-square-foot house in Dec. 2007. It was built in 1993 in Summerlin.

George Durkin of Realty Executives of Nevada is the listing agent.

Mr. Johnson is vice president of the project management group at Hill International, a worldwide construction consulting firm. He joined the Las Vegas office in July 2006. Previously, he served as president at Eagle Management and Investment LLC.

He holds a B.S. in business administration from Marquette University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 19,689 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $125,000.
