David H. Barksdale and Joyce Barksdale have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3079 Paseo Mountain Ave. in Henderson for $315,000.

The Barksdales paid $223,745 for the property in July 1997. The 2,464-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Seven Hills Area.

Patricia Halliday of Realty One Group Inc. is the listing agent of the property.

Mr. Barksdale is the CFO at Custom TeleConnect Inc., a telecommunications company in Las Vegas. He attended the University of Alabama.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,007 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
