Doctors asking $1.49M in Henderson

Dr. Scott E. Manthei and Dr. Darlina K. Manthei have listed for sale a six-bedroom, four-bath home at 151 Augusta St. in Henderson for $1.49 million.
The 4,778-square-foot house was built in 1995 in Greater Green Valley.
Carmine Ferrara of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent for the house.
Dr. Scott Manthei is an otolaryngologist in Boulder City. He is affiliated with Saint Rose Dominican Hospital. He attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Darlina Manthei is a family practitioner based in Las Vegas, and is affiliated with Saint Rose Dominican Hospital. She attended the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
