Technology and marketing exec lists in Bard

Lana Lafavor and Derek C. Lafavor have listed for sale a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 11786 Alness Lane in Las Vegas for $1.6 million.
The 5,098-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the Bard/Central Enterprise neighborhood.
Gary Anter of Las Vegas Luxury is the listing agent for the house.
Mr. Lafavor serves as the and CEO of Selling Source, LLC, a marketing and technology firm in Las Vegas. He's also worked with Proctor and Gamble and ICL Computers International, and served as the chairman of Source Data Products Ltd.
He received his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of British Columbia.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 34,024 sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $141,750.
