Dr. Radhika R. Janga and Ram G. Janga have listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath at 36 Crestview Dr. in Mt. Charleston for $995,000.

The Jangas paid $991,500 for the property in Sept. 2006. The 2,284-square-foot home was built in 2000.

Angie Tomashowski of Mt. Charleston Realty, Inc. is the agent for the listing.

Dr. Janga is a nephrologist affiliated with Saint Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson and the San Martin campus of Catholic Healthcare West.

He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 28 sales in Mt. Charleston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,000.
