Jeffrey P. Luszeck and Judy Luszeck bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 8440 Amherst Ranch St. in Las Vegas from US Bank for $308,800 on Sept. 4.

US Bank foreclosed on the property in February. The 3,574-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Northeast Las Vegas.

Mr. Luszeck is an associate in the Las Vegas-based law firm Solomon Dwiggins & Freer, Ltd. His practice concentrates in contested trusts and estates, estate bankruptcy, fiduciary litigation, trust and civil litigation.

He earned his bachelor's from Brigham Young University and J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,844 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $120,280.
