Hotel beverage director acquires 4BD in Henderson

Jeffrey M. Yedlin and Alma W. Ambler bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2285 Camargue Lane in Henderson from Joseph J. Almasy for $300,000 on Sept. 4.

Almasy acquired the property for $275,000 on Nov. 10, 2008. The 2,791-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the Seven Hills Area neighborhood.

Yedlin serves as a beverage director at Luxor Hotel and Casino in MGM Mirage. Prior to this, he worked as assistant beverage director at Wynn Resorts and beverage manager at Treasure Island Resort and Casino.

He earned a B.S. and master's degree in hotel administration from UNLV.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,280 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
