Dariush Imani sold a home at 10325 Rufus Road in Unincorporated Las Vegas to Ralph Morrison and Carol Morrison for $448,706 on Sept. 8.
Imani acquired the property for $1,098,500 in May 2007. The home was built in 1991.
Imani is a realtor at General Realty Group Inc. in Las Vegas. He earned a degree in finance form Utah State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,215 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,855.
