Massimo Chimienti and Tasha C. Chimienti sold a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 5606 Winter Start Court in Unincorporated Las Vegas to Albert J. Doran and Maribel A. Doran for $316,000 on Sept. 9.

The Chimientis bought the property for $750,000 in Sept. 2004. The 4,331-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the Bard/Central Enterprise neighborhood.

Ms. Chimienti is the holistic creative and soul coach at Dreams & Vision, based in Playa del Rey, Calif. She earned a B.S. degree in political science and international relations from USC.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,215 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,855.
