Dr. Michael J. Wile and Nancy Wile sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2007 Bobtail Circle in Henderson to Philip D. Bevins and Marie F. Bevins for $330,000 on Sept. 9.

The Wiles bought the property for $599,900 in July 2004.

The 2,928-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Dr. Wile is the dermatopathologist at Quest Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic testing, information and services. He's based in Miami, Fla. Prior to this, he served as dermatologist and general surgical pathologist at Quest Diagnostics.

He had also worked as general surgical pathologist at Cascade Pathology Service Corp. in Portland, Ore. and Laboratory Medicine Associates in Monmouth Medical Center, N.J.

He graduated from Saint Lawrence University with a degree in chemistry and biology and MBA in business management from Portland State University and Rutgers Stare University of New Jersey. He earned his M.D. from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Ms. Wile is a yoga teacher and trainer and the founder of Yoga To Go, a yoga instruction studio in Las Vegas. She earned her doctorate in education from Columbia University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,280 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
