Mindy Minkow sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 8 Weston Hills Road in Henderson to Mark A. Dahlgren and Alexa A. Dahlgren for $355,000 on Sept. 9.

Minkow acquired the property for $528,520 in May 2006. The 2,076-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Seven Hills Area neighborhood.

Minkow works in the motion picture and film industry in Los Angeles. She's served as a production coordinator and freelance producer for a number of companies.

She graduated from California State University in Northridge with a degree in exercise physiology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,280 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
