Brad H. Friedmutter bought a seven-bedroom, eight-bath home at 12 Mountain Cove Court in Henderson from Michael R. Pontoni and Diane R. Pontoni for $3,999,900 on Sept. 10.

Pontoni bought the property for $545,900 in Nov. 2001. The 14,672-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Friedmutter is the founder and chief executive officer of the Friedmutter Group, an architectural firm in Las Vegas and other 43 states, which provides master planning architecture and the interior and exterior design and graphics.

Prior to this, he served as vice president of design and construction for Steve Wynn and Mirage Resorts Inc. and Bally's Inc. He graduated from the Cooper Union School of Architecture.

Mr. Pontoni is a lawyer based in Henderson. He specializes in divorce and child custody law. He earned his J.D. from the California Western School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,280 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
