Insurance agent buys 4BD in Northwest Las Vegas

Ruth A. Ritter Kac and Allen Kac bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4582 Amber Canyon Lane in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Deutsch Bank for $374,950 on Sep. 11.
Deutsch Bank foreclosed on the property in June. The 3,713-square-foot house was built in 1993 in Northwest Las Vegas.
Mrs. Kac is an agent in the Las Vegas office of American Family Securities LLC. She has been with the insurance brokerage for nine years.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,215 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,855.
