Autumn Cottage Equities LLC foreclosed on the property in May. The 4,647-square-foot home was built in 2006 in Summerlin.

Arin is an attorney at Arin & Associates, P.C. in Las Vegas. He specializes in litigation, insurance defense, corporate law and commercial litigation.

He earned his J.D. from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Va.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,844 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $120,280.
