Ya Yue Van and A. Keith Dunker bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 3140 Darby Gardens Ct. in Las Vegas from Darby Garden Urfm H. V. R. for $439,000 on Sept. 11.

The 4,243-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Greater Spring Valley .

Dunker serves as a professor of medical research at Indiana University-Indianapolis. He joined the faculty of the Indiana University School of Medicine in July 2003 as a professor of biochemistry and molecular biology, and has also served as an assistant professor in biochemistry at Washington State University

He received his B.S. in chemistry from the University of California-Berkley, and his M.S. in physics and Ph.D. in biophysics from University of Wisconsin at Madison. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in molecular biophysics at Yale University.
