Justin Manning sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 11760 Puerto Banus Ave. in Las Vegas to Daniel R. Wilcox and Gale J. Wilcox for $410,000 on Sept. 17.

Manning acquired the house for $326,100 in Dec. 2005.

The 3,110-square-foot house in the Summerlin neighborhood was built in 2006.

Manning serves as president for the Nevada operation of Swarts, Manning and Associates Insurance Services. He is the general manager of day-to-day operations for the company.

He attended UNLV.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,844 sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $120,280.
