Daniel M. Riesenberg and Susan A. Riesenberg sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1041 Bayhead Court in Las Vegas to Kelly S. Schmidt for $415,000 on Sept. 18.

The Rieenbergs acquired the house for $671,699 in Sept. 2007. The 2,408-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Summerlin.

Dr. Riesenberg serves as a urologist at Sun Valley Urology, P.C. in Sun City, Ariz. He's also served as a consulting urologist for the Cenegenics Medical Institute in Las Vegas.

He graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine, and completed his residency in urology from Strong Memorial Hospital at the University of Rochester in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,844 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $120,280.
