James S. Leftwich and Teresa Leftwich bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2253 Coral Ridge Ave. in Henderson from Marianne Pepe and Nicholas Pepe for $619,900 on Sept. 11.

The Pepes paid $905,000 for the property in Aug. 2005. The 2,819-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Mr. Leftwich serves as the CEO of CHSI, a Las Vegas insurance company specializing in workers compensation services. He holds a B.S. from Southwest University, and also holds national accreditation as a senior professional in human resources.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,280 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
